I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received when I had to email about the quality of my purchase. You were immediately there to say, "here is what I am going to do to fix this" I am in customer service and very rarely receive the same type of service I give. This was very refreshing! Thank you Bill for exceeding my expectations

I really appreciate the type of business you have. It is very reasonably priced, and the dog tags I purchased are well worth it. My boyfriend loved the gift, and it is something he can take with him in Afghanistan. Thank you!

the tag was lot bigger then i expected. i was under assumption it was regualr dog tag size so my husband could wear it on his dog chain over where he is deployed so am very dissapointed in that aspect.
I had ordred it in opes i could send it to him for our aniversary in oct but it wont be of any use in the manner i wanted it for.
i love the quality it was awsome but very dissapointed in the size part that really bothred me lot......
