Q: What is the fine print concerning the guarantee? A: There is no fine print. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I don't want you to keep it. It doesn't do anybody any good if it just ends up in a drawer somewhere.
Q: How long do I have to return something? A: As long as you need. Five minutes, five days, five weeks, five months, five years -- it doesn't matter to me. If you decide that it isn't for you, send it back.
Q: Can I return a Custom Engraved item?
A: Yes. I don't see any reason that you should have to keep a Custom Engraved item if you aren't completely thrilled with it. If you don't want it, send it back.
Q: How can you offer such an open ended guarantee?
A: I have built my business on quality products and excellent customer care. In a little over three years, I have had 3,327 customers place 4,367 orders for 7,385 items. Only three items have been returned. I'm not worried about going broke because of unhappy customers returning purchases.
Q: What is the procedure if I do want to return my purchase?
A: This is a NO-HASSLE, NO QUIBBLE guarantee. Just contact me and tell me that you would like to return your purchase. I'll issue you a Return Authorization number and you ship the product back to me. As soon as I receive it, I will refund your full purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. It's that easy!
