How do I return an item?

Returns are only accepted for those items for which we have issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused. To return an item, please send an email to us at and be sure to include your customer number or name, order number, order date, product, and reason for returning the item.
Q: What is the fine print concerning the guarantee?
A: There is no fine print. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I don't want you to keep it. It doesn't do anybody any good if it just ends up in a drawer somewhere.
Q: How long do I have to return something?
A: 30 Days
Q: Can I return a Custom Engraved item?
A: Yes. I don't see any reason that you should have to keep a Custom Engraved item if you aren't completely thrilled with it. If you don't want it, send it back.
Q: How can you offer such an open ended guarantee?
A: I have built my business on quality products and excellent customer care. In a little over five years, we have shipped 12,558 items. Only eight items have been returned. I'm not worried about going broke because of unhappy customers returning purchases.
Q: What is the procedure if I do want to return my purchase?
A: This is a NO-HASSLE, NO QUIBBLE guarantee. Just contact me and tell me that you would like to return your purchase. I'll issue you a Return Authorization number and you ship the product back to me. As soon as I receive it, I will refund your full purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. It's that easy!
