How do I return an item?
Returns are only accepted for those items for which we have issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Packages without a RMA number on the outside of the box will be refused. To return an item, please send an email to us at email@example.com and be sure to include your customer number or name, order number, order date, product, and reason for returning the item.
Q: What is the fine print concerning the guarantee?
A: There is no fine print. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I don't want you to keep it. It doesn't do anybody any good if it just ends up in a drawer somewhere.
Q: How long do I have to return something?
A: 30 Days
Q: Can I return a Custom Engraved item?
A: Yes. I don't see any reason that you should have to keep a Custom Engraved item if you aren't completely thrilled with it. If you don't want it, send it back.
Q: How can you offer such an open ended guarantee?
A: I have built my business on quality products and excellent customer care. In a little over five years, we have shipped 12,558 items. Only eight items have been returned. I'm not worried about going broke because of unhappy customers returning purchases.
Q: What is the procedure if I do want to return my purchase?
A: This is a NO-HASSLE, NO QUIBBLE guarantee. Just contact me and tell me that you would like to return your purchase. I'll issue you a Return Authorization number and you ship the product back to me. As soon as I receive it, I will refund your full purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges. It's that easy!
